The Embassy Series String Quartet presents an evening of masterworks from the Austro-German tradition, featuring music of intimacy, passion, and monumental scope.

From the youthful lyricism of Hugo Wolf to the radiant romanticism of Richard Strauss, culminating in the transcendent late style of Ludwig van Beethoven, this program explores the emotional and architectural heights of the string quartet repertoire.
